Background:
David Li is an aspiring Australian manga artist. Although currently working with manga art styles, his influences are drawn from a variety of backgrounds and genres ranging from abstract cartoons to complex sci-fi mecha designs.
Over the years, he has worked on several professional art projects including the Highlights series school readers for UC Publishing and a wall space mural in Melbourne Central for Go Audio Visual - Sony World. He has also participated as a teacher in OzTAKU manga art classes at various schools and conventions.
His current project is the fantasy manga Magi which features in OzTAKU magazine.
